The temple, located in Kolkata, West Bengal was constructed by die-hard fans of the actor. Dia interacted with the fans, who shared their admiration for the superstar.
The ardent admirers of Mr. Bachchan celebrate ‘World Fan's Day' on August 2 to mark the date when the actor recovered from his accident after the fatal accident in COOLIE.
They have also penned down a chalisa that they chant at the temple.
They call themselves ‘devotees' of the actor and are deeply inspired by Mr. Bachchan, who is passionate about several social causes. Like their idol, these fans help the underprivileged by sponsoring the education of young children and distributing basic necessities to them.
Dia was extremely impressed by their dedication towards their idol and the actress was completely mesmerized by how Mr. Bachchan had positively impacted their lives. Dia mentioned that she would be overjoyed if her fans would contribute to the community in a similar way.
