Sleep is definitely vital to anyone, but for an actor, even though they should sleep longer, but because of time constraint, they have to give up on their sleep. And Karan is one of those actors who recently had to be sleep deprived to achieve what he wanted. No, he wasn't awake because he had to complete his movie shoot, but something else.
Karan Singh Grover may give an impression to anyone that he spends hours of his day in the gym to maintain his envious body. The actor who is an absolute fitness freak, is extremely well informed about fitness and takes a lot of interest to know more ways to stay healthy.
Recently when he resumed shoot for his next THREE DEV in Mumbai, Karan was required to shoot long hours of the day where he would land up spending late nights on sets. But being obsessed with his fitness regime, Karan would make sure he finds time to hit the gym and not just that, make sure he trains for Yoga under his instructor. Despite of long hours, Karan would compromise on his sleep to ensure he makes time to practice yoga everyday even during his shoot.
Speaking on this, he said, 'I believe yoga is extremely important to anyone who wishes to maintain mental health along with physical. Thus I cannot do my work through the day if I do not start off my day by praising yoga. Wherever I may be in Mumbai, I make sure to have my teacher come there to help me practice. Even if its means I have to do it on sets, I do so.'
