Salman Khan's penchant for releasing his films during Eid is known to all, as it happens to be his lucky festive period when his films do tremendous business. So, of course Salman wouldn't give up on it. Salman would want to have his exclusivity on Eid (forever). It's been just three months his film SULTAN released on Eid and his next TUBELIGHT with Kabir Khan is already scheduled for 2017 Eid release. But it seems Salman wants to block the subsequent Eid dates beforehand, so he could have the monopoly over it.
SALMAN KHAN WALLPAPERS
Well, as per the latest development, this time the actor has booked year 2018's Eid slot much in advance! Reportedly, Bhaijaan's DABANGG franchise's third installment will be releasing in the year 2018 during Eid. If one recalls, Salman's Eid luck began with DABANGG, which released way back in 2010 and since then all his films have been Eid release, except for READY & DABANGG 2. The second part of DABANGG 2 released during Christmas, however it wasn't that successful as DABANGG was.
Since these days industry is facing a new wave of clashes and it has become inevitable, it seems Bhai doesn't want to take any chance. Bhai's move of announcing a film release date well in advance is quite a smart one to avoid any such ugly clashes in future.
After DABANGG 2, Arbaaz Khan will be directing brother Salman in DABANGG 3 as well. However, the shoot of DABANGG 3 will begin only once Salman Khan wraps up the shoot of his next TUBELIGHT followed by Yash Raj Films' TIGER ZINDA HAI.
