Salman Khan following the footsteps of Akshay Kumar?

We often see celebrities supporting or standing up for a cause be it Aamir Khan who started a ‘Paani foundation' and lent his support to ‘Narmada Bachao Andolan' (a social movement), Akshay Kumar has worked a lot for welfare and well-being of army officials and the latest one is his film TOILET: EK PREM KATHA which talks about defecation and sanitation in urban areas. In fact Vivek Oberoi is also into various social work.

And now to join the bandwagon is Salman Khan who already has an NGO Being Human foundation which helps orphan kids for their well-being.

Salman Khan on social media shared a video wherein he spoke about one of the most crucial issues that the environment is facing due to global warming that is drying of water in rivers. Salman Khan in the video appealed to masses to help him join the cause ‘Rally for River' which will help in conservation of rivers.

In fact even Akshay Kumar during the success press conference of TOILET: EK PREM KATHA talks about the most important social cause drying of lakes and rivers. Akshay said, “Scientistz have predicted that rivers will dry up in 10 to 12 years and we should work towards saving water.”

With Salman khan and Akshay Kumar talking about river water conversation, we wonder if a film is on cards?
