The funny sequel of ATITHI TUM KAB JAOGE? -  GUEST IIN LONDON is in serious trouble.

According to reports, Hollywood giant Warner Bros the producers of the original ATITHI TUM KAB JAOGE? starring Ajay Devgn, Konkana Sen Sharma and Paresh Rawal have filed a suit against Kumar Mangat and his son Abhishek Pathak, the producers of GUEST IIN LONDON.

Reportedly one hearing took place yesterday and the second hearing is scheduled to take place on May 29.

In the complaint Warner Bros claim that their studio is the primary presenter, and distributors of the original and also they own the rights to all sequels, remakes and adaptations of this franchise.

However they maintain that talks for a sequel after the success of ATITHI TUM KAB JAOGE?  was on with Kumar Mangat, GUEST IIN LONDON is announced without their consent.

On the other hand, Abhishek Pathak has reportedly denied the charges. The fate of GUEST IIN LONDON now hangs on the second hearing scheduled on May 29.
