Mommy Kareena Kapoor Khan has always broken the stereotypical image of being a married woman. In fact when she was pregnant she was seen attending events and parties. She in fact redefined pregnancy norms. Post-delivery too she didn't just sit at home and changed nappies. Rather she was seen attending parties with her sister and bestie Amrita Arora.

Bebo has been hitting the gym, doing yoga sessions and working rigorously to get in shape for her upcoming film VEERE DI WEDDING for which she will begin shooting anytime soon.

BFF Amrita Arora gave fans a lowdown of their gym routine as she shared some heavy workout videos along with Bebo sweating it out and we can't thank her enough. The two yummy mummies perform kettlebell squats, strength training like heavy rope workout, a solid core workout and much more.

We are smitten by these two mummies working their ass out.  Seeing them sweat it out in gym is inducing us also to shed kilos.
