The trailer of Parineeti Chopra and Ayushmann Khurrana's MERI PYAARI BINDU was widely appreciated for the nostalgic vibe to it. In fact the songs of the film were loved by the audience , mainly ‘Mana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi' crooned by Pari is soulful and fans were smitten by Pari's voice, after which ‘Haareya' was also lapped up and the makers then released a fast peppy retro number ‘Yeh Jaawani Meri' which showed crackling chemistry of Abhi and Bindu back in their college days.

Then came in ‘Afeemi' which is an out and out romantic number and now the makers have released yet another song ‘Khol De Baahein' which features both Abhi and Bindu.

The new track is crooned by Monali Thakur and has a Bengali touch to it. As Ayushmann plays a Bengali character and Pari is a singer in the film she sings this song in Abhi's mother tongue.

However, unlike other songs of the film, this song fails to appease the ears. The lyrics and its music don't go hand-in-hand it sounds bit off-beat. Nevertheless the sizzling chemistry between the lead pair can't be missed.

Over all ‘Khol De Baahein' failed to impress us.
