Karan Singh Grover, known for his envious muscular physique and super cool six-pack abs, has been following a new workout plan for his forthcoming film.

Karan, who recently took off to London to start the shoot of his upcoming film, has started prepping for his character and to get the look right Karan has adopted a new fitness routine called ‘The Movement Workout'.
 
A source says, “This workout is a combination of yoga and martial arts. Karan believes in using one's body as a workout to achieve the fitness level. He has currently adopted this new fitness regime to prep for this character and to get right the physical look.”
 
Talking about it, Karan says, “The difficulty level while learning anything new depends on how strong your mind and willpower is. These two factors will help me to keep my focus intact. Currently, I'm inspired by the master of movement, Ido Portal. All we need to understand is our ability to be able to embrace chaos and just breathe.”
