Film Director Vikram Bhatt is all set with his latest venture titled 1920, a period horror film, produced by Mr. Surendra Sharma, Mrs. Amita Bishnoi and Mrs. Bhagwati Gabrani of ASA Production and Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. of MUMBAI SALSA fame.

With 1920, Vikram has now turned producer by joining hands with ASA Production and Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. In this film, Vikram has launched two new talents, debutantes Rajneesh Duggal who is already a well-known model and Adah Sharma who will be seen in the main lead. The movie also stars actors Raj Zutshi, Vipin Sharma, Anjori Alagh, Vallab Vyas, Amin Haji, Ashish Pradhan, Smita Hai and Rushitaa Pandya.

In keeping with the tradition of the great haunting melody, the music of the film has been composed by Adnan Sami. The lyrics are contributed by wordsmith Sameer. The tracks by the Maestro Pandit Jasraj, the unmatchable Shubha Mudgal, the haunting voice of Praveen Sultana, the dynasty of Kailash Kher and the queen of Hindi music Asha Bhosle herself makes 1920 into a collectors item. Moreover, there is also an item song by Rakhi Sawant.

Set in the year 1920, the film traces the love story of an Indian boy and an Anglo Indian girl. An architect, Arjun (Rajneesh Duggal) manages to win an assignment that involves the breaking down of an ancient, but beautiful castle-like house in a hill station and construct a hotel instead. The house is isolated in the wilderness has a secret. It is waiting for the curse to come true. For years everyone who has bought the house and tried to pull it down has died under strange circumstances. It is like the house has a will and a life of its own.

Arjun� and his wife Lisa (Adah Sharma) move into the house. The haunting begins. Strange and inexplicable events start taking place. The curse says they will not survive. They will have to depend on the love and faith if they are to come out of this alive.

1920 is scheduled to release allover on 12 September 2008.
