JMJ Entertainment PVT LTD and Alchemia Films presents AAZAAN, an upcoming action film is set to release on 14th October 2011.
Produced by M. R. Shahjahan and Directed by Prashant Chadha AAZAAN marks the debut of entrepreneur turned actor Candice Boucher and Sachiin J Joshi of 'Energy Drinks'. The movie also stars Dalip Tahil, Arya babbar, Alyy Khan, Ravi kissan, Sachin Khedekar, Sajid Hassan, Samy Gharbi, Vijayendra Ghatge, Sarita Chowdhury, Amber Rose Revah and Neet Mohan
The music of the movie is given by Salim Merchant-Suleiman Merchant and Lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, Irfan Siddique and Shraddha Pandit.
Synopsis:
Aazaan Khan - a young upright army officer working for RAW (India's Research and Analysis Wing) with a mixed lineage of Afghan and Indian parents, as part of his duties, gets drawn in to the murky world of espionage only to find his younger brother a suspected terrorist. Torn between his love for his country and his brother, Aazaan embarks on his mission of unraveling a conspiracy of science and technology, which turns uglier when he realizes that it stands to threaten the 1.2 billion population of one of the largest developing nations in the world - India. What unfolds is a fast paced story of one man's determination of saving his country against all odds of human defiance. Strengthening him in achieving is mission is his relationship with Afreen - a beautiful Moroccan girl, who grounds him with human emotions of love that helps him conquer the plot.
Character Sketches:
Sachiin Joshi as Aazaan Khan
Aazaan Khan, half Afghan and half Indian gets drawn into an espionage to find his younger brother a suspected terrorist. He is a young army officer and working for RAW (India's Research and Analysis Wing). Sachiin trained in Krav maga and Kalaripayatu for his role.
Candice Boucher as Afreen
She is a sand-artist and she grounds Aazaan with human emotions of love. Prashant had known Candice for four years and found her perfect for role of a Moroccan girl. Acclaimed sand artist Alexandra Konofalskaya from Belarus was hired to train her for her role in the film.
Sajid Hassan as Doctor
He is ex-CIA and into biological warfare and is determined to carry out the absolute annihilation of India.
Dalip Tahil as Mahfouz
He is a savant on a mission and is trying to save world from being destroyed by Doctor.
Arya Babbar as Mad
He is a misled but passionate man.
Samy Gharbias Malak
He is tough from the inside out and loyal to Doctor.
Ravi Kissenas Pandey
A controversial RAW officer.
