Revel Films Pvt Ltd. presents, SAARE JAHAAN SE MEHNGA..., a satirical comedy, produced by Ashok Pandey.

Directed by Anshul Sharma and written by Rupesh Thapliyal, the film stars Sanjay Mishra, Zakir Hussain, Vishwa Mohan Badola, Sitaram Panchal, Pragati Pandey, Paritosh Sand, Ranjan Chhabra, Disha, Pramod Pathak in pivotal roles.

The music of the film is composed by Manish J Tipu and lyrics penned by Naveen Tyagi.

The film is scheduled to release on 8th March, 2013.

Synopsis

The story is a hilarious and satirical take on Mehngai (inflation) through a middle class family from a small North Indian City. The family crushed under the burden of mehngai. They try to deal with it through an ingenious idea, not realizing the problems they would get tangled into as a result of this idea. It is a hilarious journey of this family battling these issues.

The protagonist, Puttan, is a middle aged man. His family consists of his father Nagpal, his much younger wife Noori and 20 yrs younger brother Gopal. Puttan works in the local animal husbandry, delivering baby cows, while he himself has no kids. He has 2 bulls working overtime to impregnate city cows. There is a Bull & his owner who keep hounding him to take an extra bull, thus giving the Bull government job & steady income. Nagpal is always unhappy with Puttan because he is so busy with cows that he has no time to produce a son to carry family lineage. Nagpal has all his hopes pinned on Gopal to continue the family lineage. Gopal is unemployed, barely getting through with studies, is good for nothing Romeo - stalking his heartthrob, Suman.

Puttan is the sole bread earner with Noorie assisting through her beauty parlor.

One of Puttan's friends comes up with an idea to deal with mehngai but what started out as a great idea turns into a nightmare! What was to bring them relief from mehngai, turns messy, creating hilarious situations.
