CHASE is all set to hit the screens on 29th April 2010. This suspense-thriller is presented by Anuuj Saxena's Maverick Productions Private Limited and directed by Jag Mundhra (PROVOKED & BAWANDAR).

CHASE stars Anuuj Saxena, Udita Goswami (of ZEHER fame), Samir Kochar, Tarina Patel, Rajesh Khattar, Aditya Raj Kapoor and Gulshan Grover (in special appearance)

Vijay Verma and Udbhav Ojha have composed the Music of this film.

Synopsis:

CHASE is a edge of the seat thriller, involving raw action and drama.

The main players in this CHASE to get to the "truth" are Sohail Ansari, a man on the run. DIG Ranveer Tyagi who has vested interest in getting to the bottom of a murder in which Sohail is involved. Insp. Siddharth, right hand of the DIG who is monitoring Sohail's actions. In this scenario enters Nupur Chauhan who is Involved with Sohail closely. The other players of this CHASE are Surabhee, Sohails love interest and industrialist Mr. Khanna to whom money is the solution of all problems. Added to this there is Anthony D'Costa who is also in search for the truth.

The hunt for Sohail and search for truth takes us through the streets of Mumbai in an exciting and thrilling CHASE. The truth has the potential of blowing up the entire political system apart. The line between truth and lies gets blurred. Who is the victim and who is the criminal? What you see may not be the truth. Do the criminals get caught? Does the victim come up the winner? Who is Sohail Ansari and what is the role of Anthony D'Costa?

This CHASE for the truth ends in nail biting, tense and unusual climax which will leave you spell bound.

It is said that you are innocent till proven guilty, but what happens when the law is interested in punishing the accused without verifying his innocence or guilt? What happens when the law upholder are ruthless and have no scruples?

All these questions are answered in CHASE...

Cast & Crew:

SOHAIL ANSARI (Anuuj) a man on the run for committing a heinous crime. His acts and actions points out to him being a criminal- Is he the hunted or the hunter?

NUPUR CHAUHAN (Udita Goswami): A specialized nurse appointed by Law makers to keep an eye on Sohail - the most wanted criminal.
INSP. SIDDHARTH (Samir Kochhar): is a Police Inspector who captures Sohail Ansari is deputed to monitor Sohail. Is he what he appears to be or are there dark secrets working behind his noble fa�ade.

SUPREE: (Tarina Patel) is Sohail's girlfriend is a Journalist who sets out to find out the truth behind Sohail's disappearance and endangers everything dear to her in the process.

RANVEER TYAGI D.I.G. (Rajesh Khattar): is a powerful man holding the highest post of the police department. He spearheads the entire operation against Sohail Ansari. But the truth is he is ruthless and heartless man, who needs to get to the bottom of the matter at any cost.

ANTHONY D'COSTA (Gulshan Grover) A man no one knows - who is he? What is he doing in this suspense thriller is reveled in a very dramatic way.
