Kuch Naa Kaho

Papa Ramesh Sippy produces blockbusters like Sholay, Shaan, Shakti, Seeta Aur Geeta and Sagar and now son Rohan joins the troupe to direct Kuch Naa Kaho. Ash and Abhishek face the camera together for the second time after Dhaii Akshar Prem Ke, though it failed at box-office, Kuch Naa Kaho seems to be different and is already making waves in the industry as well as the common man. The music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy is well appreciated and has started hitting the top ten charts.

Raj (Abhishek Bachchan) lives in New York with his mother, a doctor. (Suhasini Muley). Theya re very close and share a great rapport. Like every mom's dream, she too wants Raj to get married and settle down, however Raj won't hear of a arranged marriage.


Raj visits India to attend his cousin's marriage. His Uncle (Satish Shah) tries to convince Raj to marry, but fails. However he blackmails him into agreeing to arrange meetings with eligible girls. He evens arranges for a matchmaker to help Raj find a suitable pair. She is Namrata (Aishwarya Rai). Raj has already met Namrata and had a few arguments with her.

After a series of meetings with potential brides, it becomes apparent to Namrata that finding a match for Raj is all waste.

Fighting over the correct way to seek out a soul mate, the two discover that love is something that can't be arranged. In between all this they fall in love with each other. How the story develops further is what Kuch Naa Kaho is all about.
