The next time Ayesha Shroff feels a need to spend some hard-earned money she shouldn't make a film. Instead, she should donate it to some charity. Because if that film turns out to be anything like Boom, God help her!

Director Kaizad Gustad told us he's in the midst of writing his third film of his trilogy of "Bombay" centric films. Our advice to him: STOP right there. Bombay could well do without him.

Kaizad also had the audacity to tell us that the amount of sex Boom has is less than one Bollywood item song! Is he on dope? Having seen Boom all we can say is he has a lousy sense of humour! With his three lead heroines - Padma Lakshmi (she should stick being on Rushdie's arm), Madhu Sapre (what made her do this) and Katrina Kaif (if a career in Hindi films is what she's looking at, then Boom could well seal her career) leaving nothing to imagination, the film is cheap, vulgar, smutty, derogatory to women and a filthy exercise in indulgence!

Kaizad claims to have also written the story. But after he puts us through his mindless trash, we ask "What script? What story?"

We also want to ask Mr Bachchan one thing "Sir, just because you have debts to clear, are you going to reduce yourself to a character called Bade Miyan who does nothing but read comics, make silly faces and mouth inane lines? Please, Mr Bachchan, there is absolutely no need for the man of your stature to agree to any and every film, especially something like Boom which could embarrass your grandchildren!"

Last but not the least, a sincere request to the producer and director of Boom, please do not label your effort as cinema. It's not. It's an insult to the audience (even the front-benchers don't deserve this crappy, soft-porn film) and definitely a shame to the magical medium of cinema!

This article is bullshit. The idea for the movie was so excellent but the way they pulled it off was far from it. The exposure was not bad at all and i think whoever wrote this article has to move passed their utterly biased opinions and traditional values. The "medium of cinema" is to present the maker's opinion and an original storyline, so i dont see why it is important to omit certain scenes such as nudity because they are at times integral to a film. At least unlike Bollywood item numbers, Boom got straight to the point and did not make rude implications such as the wine bottle popping in MYKSH's Sharara which easily equals the "vulgarness".

How one can say this Crap as Movie? Last couple of years,we watched third class movies of Govinda,Salman,Mithun. But this was nothing but a total crap.The role played by Bachchan would have been rejected even by Bharat bhushan if offered. Atleast that guy had some sense. Come on Bachchan ,we want to see you as a Vijay Dinananth Chauhan and not a Bade MIya,. This is just for money mr. bachchan or just your age speaks already.
