Padam Kumar's first directorial venture 'Champion' did not work at the box office and he was nowhere to be seen. Until his latest 'Supari', which also faced a lot of shuffling about for the casting. After all the problems, finally seems to be ready for release with Nandita Das, Uday Chopra, Purab Kohili, etc. He is now heard to be gearing up for one more project, which will be produced and directed by him.
