Abbas-Mustan sign Ayesha for two more films!

Never mind the fact that her debut release, TARZAN-THE WONDER CAR did not excite the  attention of the audiences at the box-office, Ayesha Takia has got a good reason to continue smiling, with directors Abbas Mustan signing two more films with her. The buzz is that Gordhan Tanwani is producing one of them and it is scheduled to go on the floor early next year. Ayesha confirms the news. "It is true I will be doing two more films with the Abbas-Mustan duo. It was a pleasure working with them in TARZAN and I am waiting to work with them again", smiles Ayesha, cautious about revealing any more details about the two films.
On the other hand, Ayesha is eagerly looking forward to the month of December when she will have two releases in consecutive succession, Vijeta Arts' SOCHA NA THA and DIL MAANGE MORE, scheduled for a December 17 and December 24 release. The former was to mark her acting debut opposite Abhay Deol but the film ran into multiple problems and was stalled after a point of time with TARZAN-THE WONDER CAR, eventually being her first release. Notwithstanding the three-year delay, Ayesha is eagerly looking forward to the film's release. "Had it been released earlier, it could have made the whole difference to everyone connected to the film", Ayesha says. Nevertheless, she is hoping that the film will still make a difference to her, with the kind of role she is essaying in it. "It is a deglamorized role of a simple girl sans make-up with a totally different look which will take everyone by surprise", she says.
She is more excited about DIL MAAANGE MORE, though she is paired with two other actresses, Soha Ali Khan and Tulip Joshi. "That is no deterrent. What matters is the fact that I make a mark in the character that I am playing. Success is all about stretching your own limitations and going one step ahead, which I am doing with every project I do", she says.
