Pandit Somesh Mathur and Ex-Viva Girl Neha Bhasin performed the opening act at Mumbai Marathon 2005 with the title track of ‘BULLET - EK DHAMAKA’

 Mumbai has once again risen to the call of the cause this was seen at the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2005, which had witness 25,000 runners from 25 countries. The Dream Run has also seen stars that had come forward to contribute to various causes to raise money.
The 42 km marathon run which started at 10.30 am from Azad Maidan with the opening act by Pandit Somesh Mathur and Ex - Viva girl Neha Bhasin who had performed the title track from the movie ‘BULLET - EK DHAMAKA’, which had people going crazy with people cheering once more and more. Neha Bhasin is the singer, songwriter from the popular all-girl band VIVA (now defunct). She has sung and written the title track of the soon to be released ‘BULLET - EK DHAMAKA’, who’s music has just been released by T-Series!. She also performed for the first time in Concert "A Plea to My Lord...." Written & composed by Neha especially for the Tsunami Victims. The promos of the movie are also a hit across the globe.
Produced by Asad Sikander and directed by Irfan Khan ‘BULLET - EK DHAMAKA’ made under the banner of Diana S. Films. The film stars Iqbal Khan, Asseem Merchant, Asad Sikander with Saadhika, Rosy, Saasha and Natalie Kurgova (Miss Bulgaria). The film is written by Shahid-Salim, cinematography by Emillion Christoff (from Hollywood), choreography by Ricky, action by Asad Sikandar, action co-ordinators: Valdoff Valleo (from Hollywood), art by Alex Valdoff, sound by Uri Mrigouh (from Bulgaria), editing by M. Rafique, Media Brains by Haalberd, costume designed by Ellena (of Armani from Italy), special effects by Leslie of Mega Star with lyrics and music by Anand Raaj Anand. Media Magic is the project consultant of this movie, which has been fully shot in Bulgaria. The film is scheduled for all India release on 28th January 2005.
The Dream Run also saw the celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan along with Jaya Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, Sachin Tendulkar along with his wife Anjali, Anil and Tina Ambani along with Kokila Ben, Kapil Dev, Nana Patekar, Salman Khan, Sohil Khan, Pravin Dabbas, Milind Soman, and many more…
This was a beautiful day, which the Mumbaikars will have to wait for a year to witness the energy and spirit of the run...
