Yes! That's what director Kaushik Roy has to say about Irrfan Khan's role in his forthcoming film BUDHDHI (Intelligence). As per reports in a tabloid, the film deals with autism and is loosely based on Roy's personal experiences. It revolves around the life of a mentally challenged boy and the way he's brought up by his family. (Roy has a 16 yr old mildly autistic son, reports the tabloid).

Roy informed the tabloid that the film is fictional and not really based on his son's life. It basically deals with the issue of parenting and what they expect out of their kids. He added that parents often impose their decision on kids but every child has the right to follow his dreams. He encouraged his son, Roshan to become a talented painter.

He thinks Irrfan has done a great job and it is one of his finest performances, very unlike his dark, intense films. The film will release sometime in September.

Irrfan's forthcoming films include DEADLINE, THE NAMESAKE and A MIGHTY HEART with Angelina Jolie.
