It was bound to happen and this time around the news has leaked out well in advance before BHAGAM BHAG releases on December 22nd.

Akshay Kumar has been considered notorious for chopping off the roles of his peers in the film. First there was an issue with Suneil Shetty for most of the films co-starring the two and later Shahid Kapoor was said to be a victim when they came together for DEEWANE HUYE PAAGAL.

And this time around it's the turn of Akshay's senior partner 'Govinda' for whom BHAGAM BHAG is his comeback film.

Disappointed? Well even we were when the news reached our ears. But then in the same vein, we were relieved when additional information came in that this was strictly on-screen for the theater characters that the two play in the film!

Taking a dig upon himself for the accusation he gets off-screen, Akshay Kumar is shown as an actor who cuts down the role of the main hero i.e. Govinda in their theater act. And yes, all of this happens in good humor too as Akshay openly proclaims that he is known for cutting roles of his co-stars and hence he is doing the same to justify his reputation.

It may be recalled that Akshay is quite a sport when it comes to his 'editing' skills. In an award function held early this year, he was awarded the 'Best Editor' award (that was created just for him), which he had gleefully accepted with a smile on his face!
