Saif Ali Khan is an actor par excellence. DIL CHAHTA HAI gave a new lease of life to his career and since then the actor shows no signs of looking back! Be it BEING CYRUS, PARINEETA or the latest OMKARA, Saif won accolades for his outstanding performance in all these films. He deserved ever bit of this much needed image makeover. To say that he did an outstanding job as the vengeful Langda Tyagi in OMKARA is actually an understatement. The man did everything to get into the skin of his character. He shaved his head and chewed paan as well.

The latest is that the actor will be seen in an action flick. As per reports in a daily, the actor will soon be seen in a stylized action flick to be directed by Gautam Menon (of REHNA HAI TERE DIL MEIN fame). The film will get rolling in July next year. Needless to say, the film will have special effects and Hollywood stuntmen. This happens to be Saif’s first out and out action film.

So whether it’s a romantic role, an intense role, a negative role etc, Saif does it with élan. And ‘action’ seems no different!
