Sohail Khan may have lost the battle in the box office ring with ARYAN - THE UNBREAKABLE but he is all set to strike back with his next film SALAAM-E-ISHQ.

As one of the 6 leading men in the film, Sohail Khan plays a simple lower middle class Haryanvi guy named Ramdayal who has just got married to Phoolwati [Isha Koppikar].

In the film, the two of them are shown to be just like any other newly wed couple which wants to spend all their time in each other's arms, especially Ramdayal who had been waiting for such moment forever.

But then desires are not always meant to be fulfilled and what happen in the bargain are some funny moments that could even be termed tragic to an extent. How they try to overcome their hurdles in their sweet and simple life forms the crux of their love story.

Directed by Nikhil Advani, SALAAM-E-ISHQ releases all over on 25th January 2007.
