John Abraham - the latest youth icon, has been tagged as the "SEXIEST ACTOR in India".  Bagging maximum votes in a survey, it reflects that John’s sex appeal is preferred ahead of other Bollywood superstars.

His attitude, hairstyle and of course his washboard abs has wooed umpteen female fans. Looking at his amazing personality, girls cannot stop dreaming about him. His mesmerizing persona has compelled his female fans to envy his beloved Bipasha Basu. Not only this, recently he was also tagged as the ‘James Bond’ of Bollywood. Ask any teenager about what he aspires to be, he’ll definitely reply that he wannabe a John Abraham.

Let’s sneak into John’s health routine and uncover his fitness mantra.

What makes John possess the PERFECT 10 physique, His trainer Mr. Khatib says, “John is blessed with a good physique. He possesses an athletic body; he used to play Football and Basketball during his school and college days. And his sincere efforts towards body-building gives him perfect 10 physic.”

John, being one of the hottest hunks of Bollywood is also an obedient student of his trainer. Letting us know more about his star-student Mr. Khatib said, “He is a good learner as well as a sincere student. During the period of four years, I never felt that I’m training a Bollywood star. In fact he also continues his health routine whenever he goes out for shooting.”

Being occupied with never-ending schedules it might be difficult for John to aside couple of hours for his workout sessions. On asking him about his daily health routine, Mr. Khatib said, “Everyday he works-out for 2-3 hrs. His daily workout includes weight lifting and kickboxing sessions. He even goes regularly to gym and does his cardio-exercises. About food, he is very health conscious & he is a pure vegetarian. For his diet, we do consult his dietician and nutrition experts. He doesn’t take any extra-supplements.”

As everyone knows that John’s first loves are bike and the most sensual actress, Bipasha Basu. Besides his love for his bike and his ladylove, tell us something that uncovers real John. Knowing him for past four years, you might have shared some unforgettable experiences with him, “Yes we spent a lot of time together but as specific I don’t remember any such incident at this moment. But I would like to share that experience, which made me learn the other side of this Bollywood star. Once we both were roaming on a bike, while riding he observed a guy pelting stone over a dog. Suddenly, John stopped his bike; spoke to the guy explaining him about animal’s emotions. He further requested him not to treat innocent animals in such cruel manner. I was really touched by his emotions towards speechless animals. I must say John is a great animal lover too”

It seems that looking at John’s mounting success Bipasha has also coaxed to be more health conscious. She is also following the health routine suggested by John’s trainer. As he is also guiding Bipasha, letting us know more on her style of working out, he conceitedly says, “Yes I’m also training Bipasha. And the best thing about Bipasha is that she is very punctual. I may get late sometime but she is always on time. She had worked hard to reduce her weight. She is very much health conscious.”

John’s emergence as a superstar has created terror for his competitors. By doing varied roles in a short span of his career has completely changed the scenario of conventional Bollywood actors. On asking him about where does he foresee John’s career in the film industry, Mr. Khatib firmly replies, “As far as I read him, he has great scope in the glitzy world of Bollywood. As John states that he has become more disciplined after learning martial arts… (it doesn’t mean that he wasn’t disciplined earlier), I too feel that he has grown as a true professional and a better human being. He is very dedicated towards whatever he does. I have shallow knowledge about this industry but I can assure that he has a bright future in Bollywood.”
