Yes, that's the moral of the film DEALINE- Sirf 24 Ghante directed by Tanveer Khan starring Irrfan Khan, Konkona Sen Sharma, Sandhya Mridul, Rajit Kapur, Zakir Hussain and Princey Shuka. "The film is an emotional drama of 2 families. It's about how our actions impact others and throws light on the fact that one cannot run away from responsibilities," intones Irrfan.

Irrfan Khan plays Krish Vaidya, a writer who believes in the adage that the word is mightier than the sword. But certain events drive him to commit something that will change many lives forever.

Director Tanveer Khan is all praise for the cast and crew of DEADLINE. "It's been a pleasure working with everyone. The entire unit has been very cooperative. They all are hardworking and disciplined actors."

"The film is aptly titled DEALINE since everything happens within the stipulated span of 24 hours. Rajit (Dr Viren Goenka) and Konkona (Sanjana) are a happy couple. They have a daughter played by child artist Princey. She gets kidnapped and the kidnappers allot them 24 hours to comply with their demand of a ransom worth 3 crores. So everything happens within that time frame," reveals Tanveer.

Sandhya Mridul plays a partner in crime. She along with Irrfan and Zakir has a hand in kidnapping the kid. "I was very impressed by Tanveer's conviction and persistence. I felt challenged and questioned as an actor. The film is about values and responsibilities. It will force you to think about certain things in life, it will make you tense; it'll make you cry etc. I play many shades from grey to black," explains Sandhya.

DEALINE- Sirf 24 Ghante releases on 10th November.
