SALAAM-E-ISHQ has been in news for multiple reasons, one of it being the ensemble star-cast. Handling a mammoth crew is an arduous task but producer Mukesh Talreja is all praise for director Nikhil Advani. "Nikhil is a novel, today's generation director. The way he has dealt with so many actors is simply commendable. I am more than happy with the way SEI has shaped up," says Talreja.
He has been globetrotting with the cast and crew of SEI since it has been shot at diverse locations namely London, Delhi, Agra, Goa, Haridwar, Rishikesh and Bombay. "SEI is the story of 6 couples hailing from different parts of the world. They are ignorant about each other's existence, but they end up being brought together by destiny and love. The film has a happy ending," he gushes.
He insists that all the actors have been treated in the same way with equal importance given to each one's character. "The beauty of SEI lies in the fact that everyone has been given equal footage. Everyone gelled very well and it will definitely reflect onscreen. When you see the film, you'll realize that the couples actually look like they are made for each other. We all had a fantastic time shooting for the film," he wraps up excitedly.
The shooting is almost complete and the film is slated to release early in January.
