Send Jaan-E-Mann - EcardsYesterday evening witnessed the magnificent tie up between UFO (United Film Organizers) and the upcoming blockbuster JAAN-E-MANN.

UFO, the world's largest digital cinema network celebrated the 400th UFO installations in the country with a screening of an exclusive curtain raiser of Shirish Kunder's directorial debut JAAN-E-MANN.

UFO moviez plans to create a chain of 3000 digital cinema houses worldwide by 2008. It mainly aims at saving print costs and curbing piracy. "We at UFO are proud to be associated with Sajid Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. We will fight piracy and ensure that a film reaches across on the day of the release itself. So far we have released 146 films in more than 8 languages. Our association with JAAN-E-MANN is a joint promotional and brand building exercise wherein both the parties benefit from each other. We will extensively promote JAAN-E-MANN in our 400 strong theatre chain," said Raaja Kanwar, director and vice chairman of UFO Moviez.

Sajid NadiadwalaProducer Sajid Nadiadwala too seemed happy with the venture. "UFO will serve as a cost effective solution for distributors. It will take away the possibility of piracy and I'm glad that we are the first to be associated with Rajaa. It's a celebration of coming together of technology and entertainment," he enthused.

Director Shirish Kunder also graced the occasion though he made a very quick exit. "As a director I would like that my films get seen exactly in the way I want them to be seen everywhere. For me digital cinema and UFO allow the film to be seen and appreciated by everyone everywhere."

JAAN-E-MANN releases on 20th October 2006.
