Recently, actress Shilpa Shetty held an impromptu press conference at Koparkhirane Railway Station in Navi Mumbai where she was shooting for Anurag Basu's METRO this week. Stoutly defending Richard Gere she said, “He had not done anything obscene.” She added, “The media should concentrate on the larger issue of promoting AIDS awareness, than talk about Richard Gere's kisses.”
