CHAKDE! INDIA team to take on Bollywood

The latest offering from Yash Raj, the Shah Rukh Khan-Vidya Malavde starrer, CHAKDE! INDIA, having netted 20 crore in the first week itself, has met with an overwhelming response, both critically and commercially.
To keep alive the interest of the nation in the neglected national game, hockey, news from reliable sources is that the team of CHAKDE! INDIA, will be playing a friendly match against a team, comprising top Bollywood stars, on September 11, at the Sector-42 Hockey Stadium in Chandigarh.
The Bollywood team will be lead by Suneil Shetty, who is the brand ambassador for the I.H.F (Indian Hockey Federation). This was announced by the President of the I.H.F, K.P.S. Gill, who hoped that the proposed match will help revive the interest in the national game. The match will be held right after the India and Pakistan AHA Glorious Cup exhibition match.
We must add here that when we queried the captain of the (on-screen) CHAKDE! INDIA team Vidya, she was unaware of it.
