Whenever Nana Patekar and Danny Denzongpa came together, they created fireworks on screen. KRANTIVEER and KOHRAM are the two films that immediately come to the mind.

In both the films, Danny was on the other side of the law while Nana was the prime protagonist who fought him till the end. Well, they both get into some quarrels yet again, though on a much lighter tone, in Milan Luthria's soon to be released film HAT TRICK.

In this film that uses cricket as a metaphor, Nana and Danny play Dr. Satyajeet Chavan and Madhav Anna respectively. While Dr. Satyajeet hates the very mention of the word ‘cricket’, Madhav Anna is a legendary leg spinner who has devoted his life to cricket.

As luck would have it, the doctor who treats Madhav after he is hospitalized due to his ill health, turns out to be Dr. Chavan. And now Madhav would be devoid of watching World Cup Cricket matches in the hospital. This leads to some bitter sweets moments that would certainly bring a smile on your face.

In fact Madhav is shown to be so attached to the game of cricket that he even refuses to go for an operation before watching India win the World Cup finals. What would Dr. Chavan do?

Releasing on March 16 all over, HAT TRICK also stars Paresh Rawal, Kunal Kapoor and Rimmi Sen in principal roles.
