For a film that has ample footage in London, it was only imperative that a UK based cinematographer captures the film through his lens.

Vipul Shah, director of NAMASTEY LONDON, did exactly that as he roped in Jonathan Bloom as the cinematographer for his 3rd film after AANKHEN and WAQT, each starring Akshay Kumar in the lead.

Currently Jonathan's work is much appreciated in two songs that are currenly on air - 'Chakna Chakna' and 'Virane'. While the former sleekly captures the mood of club-bhangra feel, the latter has lighter shades due to a sad situation in the narratives.

Jonathan Bloom is a recent entrant to the world of movies and has done UK TV series like RED GOLD: THE EPIC STORY OF BLOOD (2002) and THE INSPECTOR LYNLEY MYSTERIES: A GREAT DELIVERANCE in the past. He also has a film called DADDY'S GIRL to his credit.
