Shilpa Shetty is certainly choosing her projects with a lot of care, especially during last two years.
The last release film for which she shot was 'Dus' [2005] which was successful at the box office. An actioner, it also marked the arrival of a woman who could deliver kicks, if required. Last year she was also seen in 'Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya' for which she had shot years back.
As expected, the film bombed at the box office in spite of the star presence of Salman Khan. But now it seems that Shilpa would finally have something to cheer about with 2 of her big films slated to arrive soon.
First to come would be 'Life In A..Metro', an Anurag Basu film, where she plays the prime protagonist. Expected to arrive in April, it is an ensemble piece by UTV.
A month after this film, she has another biggie lined up for release in the form of 'Apne' which has coming together of Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol as it's USP.
With 'Big Brother' getting her the kind of mileage that she hadn't accumulated in her decade and a half long career and she being a known name even in international circuits, stocks certainly have soared for Shilpa.
No wonder, it would also help her upcoming films 'Life In A...Metro' and 'Apne' stay in news till their release date.
