But now they are not complaining any more with their HERO No. 1 coming on his own in SALAAM E ISHQ and making a big mark. Now that's commendable since this Nikhil Advani film boasts of more than a dozen heroes and heroines.

Govinda's 'Raju taxiwala' act has come for appreciation by both mass and class audience due to sheer simplicity and honesty with which it has been performed. Being present throughout the film, Govinda wins heart with his endearing performance which never fails to excite audience which has been waiting for him to make a worthy comeback.

The 'seetis' and the 'taalis' that he generates in the climax when he finally says 'I Love You Madam' to his lady love Shannon only proves the point further!
