Rahul Roy wins BIG BOSS

By Joginder Tuteja, Bollywood Trade News Network
Send to Friend

After around 3 months of once-in-a-lifetime experience of being confined in the house of BIG BOSS with 12 others strangers, finally Rahul Roy has emerged as a winner.

Carol Gracias and Ravi Kissen were the other two finalists but it is Roy who has now walked out with 50 lakhs prize money. Visibly relieved but elated, the three finalists were seen literally arm in arm as they smelled fresh air of the outside world with their friends and families.

On being asked what he intended to do with the prize money, Roy said that for the moment he was not even thinking of it and just wanted to cherish the beauty of being in the outside world again.

Refusing to make any tall claims before actually doing something worthwhile with the money, he added that first and foremost he wanted to visit his 'guru' who had given him all the right virtues and later also intended to do something for UNICEF with which his mother was associated for more than 35 years.

He did drop a mention of Rakhi Sawant who was there to greet him by saying that she was one of the most simple and straightforward female he had come across and didn't have any ill feelings towards her.

Carol, who was the only female contestant left in the end, said that she was happy for Rahul to be the winner. She also mentioned that she didn't find any trouble whatsoever even as she had only Rahul and Ravi for company but was more than relieved to be finally out of the BIG BOSS' house and smell the fresh air.
