Zee Telefilms Ltd. and Mukta Tele Media’s KHANNA & IYER directed by Hemant Hegde and introducing the new pair of Aditi Sharma and Sarwar Ahuja is slated for release on 30th March 2007. The lead pair Aditi Sharma and Sarwar Ahuja was the winner of the ZEE Cinestars ki Khoj 2006.

KHANNA & IYER is a story of two lovers who are faced with conflicting cultural values and beliefs of their families, which forces them to run away from home. Chased by their parents, cops and finally bandits in the jungle of Lal Dora; what ensues is series of adventures and misadventures full of love, drama and comedy.

KHANNA & IYER is the first Hindi film for director Hemant Hedge and besides the two newcomers; it stars Mushtaq Khan, Manoj Pahwa, Prateeksha Lonkar, Asha Sharman and Yashpal Sharma.

The film is the first presentation of Zee Telefilms Ltd. After GADAR and is in association with Mukta Tele Media, the television arm of Mukta Arts Limited
