Neetu Chandra signs 3 films; meanwhile learns Salsa

View Neetu Chandra - Picture Gallery Post the success of TRAFFIC SIGNAL, Neetu Chandra isn't lying low.

Following the mantra of 3 Bs before signing a film, i.e. a film should boast of either a Big role for her, have a Big director at the helm or a Big co-star, young Neetu
has gone ahead and signed 3 films.

'Yes, that's true', says Neetu, 'though I am not in a position to divulge further details about these films since the makers want to make an announcement themselves. What I can tell is that they are big budget films and again allow me to showcase my glam as well as non-glam persona. There were 9 scripts that I was reading and out of those I have zeroed down on these 3.'

So what is she is doing between reading scripts and getting ready to face the camera again for a film? 'I am an arts person and any sort of art interests me. So after having learned Indian classical dance, now I am into Salsa', she divulges.

Ahem ahem, Salsa! Now doesn't it require a partner to get into the groove? Laughs Neetu, 'If that would be the case then I may never learn Salsa. Tell me, from where to find a partner and then join the classes? It may take ages! Till then I am better partnering the boys I find in the classes and learn along.'

Meanwhile she is also gearing up for the launch of her music video for Ismail Darbar's album. 'The video is being released by Sanjay Leela Bhansali', she informs, 'I have a very glamorous Indian classical look in it, something on the lines of Rekhaji in UMRAO JAAN, though I am of course no comparison with her. The music video should be on air this weekend so you would be seeing a different Neetu Chandra on telly after the one you saw in TRAFFIC SIGNAL.'
