SOHA ALI KHAN | We have all heard of dedicated actors, but there are not many actors who’d give their sweat and blood (literally) for a film. Soha Ali Khan did just that in Sudhir Mishra’s KHOYA KHOYA CHAND.
For a song sequence in the film, Soha had to shoot continuously over six days. On the sixth day, when Sachin Krishn - the cinematographer was taking close ups of her feet he discovered they were scratched and bleeding! Six days of shooting in heavy jewellery and an elaborate costume had taken their toll, but dedicated as she is, Soha didn’t even let anyone know that her feet was bleeding. She insisted on continuing to shoot, covering the scratches with make up. Now, this is what is called true dedication to one’s art.
