 No power in the universe can stop an idea whose time is come. A short film 'A Muslim ...but not a terrorist 'directed by Douglas Dgama and produced by Wilson Louis films which was almost ignored by some festivals in India for its strong political statement was not only selected by the prestigious Trivan short
film festival in Kerala 2007' but also won the award. Coincidently on the next day the film 'Muslim but not a terrorist' also won the most appreciated film in the Bangalore film camp 2007. Muslim...but not a terrorist had also been selected for the 3rd john Abraham national awards 2007, at Thiruvnantapuram.
The film is now going to be a part of the Muslim film festival in US. Douglas is now concentrating on feature films after his debut short film making news. Douglas is currently working as an associate Director for the feature film 'Lonavala Khandala Ghat' directed by Wilson Louis and 'Shabri' directed by Lalit Marathe.
