'Love Dale' was perhaps the simplest short story in DUS KAHANIYAAN. Starring Aftab Shivdasani as the male lead, it also marked a quiet debut of a new girl in the tinsel world Neha Uberoi.
As a sweet and simple teenager who meets a stranger and falls in love with him, Neha looked like a girl next door who could be relegated to similar roles in movies to come.
However producer Sanjay Gupta and director Hansal Mehta didn't quite think so!
For their latest project WOODSTOCK VILLA, they have given her an altogether different makeover, as Neha emerges as a sexy siren in this gritty musical thriller. In her holds-no-bar avtar where she has dared to bare, though in style sans any vulgarity, she has exuded oomph. In fact she hardly looks like a girl who was all coy in her debut effort and barely seemed to allow herself to cross any boundary.
But in WOODSTOCK VILLA, she gives an altogether different stock of herself and how! With Sanjay Gupta's penchant of presenting his ladies in style (Sameera Reddy in MUSAFIR, Lara Dutta in ZINDA, Isha Kopikar in KAANTE), Neha Uberoi too has now joined the elite list.
Marking the launch of Sikandar Kher in the main lead, WOODSTOCK VILLA is looking at a June release.
