Minissha's 'once in a lifetime' role in ANAMIKA

Talking about Koena and Minissha, the director of AKSAR and AGGAR agrees that he was fortunate to get two diverse actors for his film ANAMIKA - THE UNTOLD STORY.
"Koena and Minissha are so different from each other in terms of personality and acting. For a film maker, nothing works better than having variety in his characters," says Ananth Mahadevan.
Talking about Minissha, who plays Dino's second wife in the film (Aarti is the first wife who dies in mysterious circumstances), Ananth makes a bold declaration, "She has worked so hard in the role of a confused housewife who is burdened by the shadows of Dino's dead wife. Mark my words, ANAMIKA - THE UNTOLD STORY would be a milestone in her career, just like YAHAAN has been."
Really? "That's true", says Ananth confidently, "Minissha has got a role which qualifies as 'once in a lifetime' and she has pretty much justified the confidence I showed in her when she was signed for the film. It was a complex role to perform and only a seasoned actor could have done so well."
Produced by Bhanwar Lal Sharma, ANAMIKA - THE UNTOLD STORY is seeing its promotion going in full swing. While Anu Malik's songs 'Aashique' and 'Shagufta Dil' are already on air 24x7, the film too is marching fast towards its 2nd May release.
