Beena Kak may best be remembered for her highly entertaining role as Salman's constantly slapping but lovable screen mom in MAINE PYAAR KYUN KIYA, but she is more than just an actress. A highly respected politician belonging to a respected lineage from Rajasthan, Beena has openly declared her affection and patronage to the bad boy of Indian cinema, Salman Khan. She has always supported him even while was undergoing trial for the Black Buck case. Beena even defied her party and went all out for Salman, who also has the highest regards for Beena. Salman treats her like his own mother and she has always accepted his offer to put in an appearance in Salman's home banner films.
Their chemistry was one of the highlights of the David Dhawan Salman Khan Sohail Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer, MAINE PYAAR KYUN KIYA. One expects a similar magic in Rumi Jafri's upcoming laugh riot, GOD TUSSI GREAT HO, which again stars Salman Khan and brother Sohail Khan.
Here is hoping that Rumi has chalked out a nice role for Beena and we are already looking forward to another entertaining venture, which is as hilarious as the super-hit Beena-Salman starrer, MAINE PYAAR KYUN KIYA!
