Percept learns from Yash Raj's mistake!

Percept Picture Company are leaving no stone unturned in a bid to promote their upcoming ambitious animation project, JUMBO. In fact, they have bombarded the satellite channels with the promos featuring Akshay Kumar, the voice of JUMBO!
When we asked a leading trade expert about the same he had a very interesting and logical reason. He says, ''Despite the fact that Yash Raj Films hired the services of top stars like Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor for their expensive animation project, ROADSIDE ROMEO, they failed to get the fact across to the audience! None of the promos both print and broadcasted showed the top pair. Agreed that Saif and Kareena were there just for voiceovers, it had to be told strongly. ''He goes on to add, 'Right from the first stills of JUMBO, Akshay Kumar can be seen there. Not only that, they have gone ahead and picturised two promotional songs featuring him. In a way it strengthens the point that Akshay Kumar is very much a part of JUMBO, a point that Yash Raj Films failed to establish.'
Well, we have to agree with the analysis and are quite sure that Percept's strategy of releasing JUMBO during the festive Christmas period will work in its favour!
