Akshay, Rajesh Khanna, Dimple - Its one busy family

It seems that one family out there in Bollywood is indeed keeping quite busy on the professional front. This is the family of Akshay Kumar who along with his father–in–law Rajesh Khanna and mother–in–law Dimple Kapadia is staring at as many as five movies lined up for release in next six weeks. Surprised? Well yes, even we were initially, until the facts started becoming clearer to us.
While it is a known fact that JUMBO is releasing on 25th January and sees (or rather hears) Akshay Kumar as the voice of 'Jumbo', not many are aware that Dimple Kapadia too gives the voiceover of the mother elephant. This won't be the only project with which Akshay and Dimple are associated with in near future. A few weeks down the line, while Akshay Kumar would be jumping around the Great Wall of China in CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA, Dimple Kapadia too would be seen as a retired heroine in LUCK BY CHANCE. The film releases on 30th January'2009.
While Akshay and Dimple are associated with a common project [JUMBO] and also have an independent project each [CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA, LUCK BY CHANCE], Rajesh Khanna too is not taking it slow. He has two of his films lined up for release. These are WAFAA and KAASHH MERE HOTE which arrive on 19th December and 2nd January respectively.
Looking at all the excitement in the lives of Akshay, Rajesh Khanna and Dimple, one wonders whether Twinkle Khanna and Rinke Khanna are missing all the action and are raring to make a comeback in front of the camera!
