Bollywood's global superstar, Shah Rukh Khan, is all set to produce India's most expensive movie ever, in a bid to show to the world the strength of the subcontinent's special effects and animation industries. The still untitled project is to be produced by his home banner, Red Chillies Entertainment, with a huge proposed budget of $25 million and will be directed by Anubhav Sinha (TUM BIN, DUS & CASH), later this year.

As is known, King Khan is in Berlin for the world premiere of OM SHANTI OM, which has seen an amazing response in Germany, at the 58th Berlin International Film Festival.

As per Shah Rukh Khan, the story of the International project, boasting the feel of a videogame, will feature kids, who wish for bad things, but get a reality check when they come true.

While production and financing details are yet to be finalized, SRK added that he is in advanced discussions with EROS International and also with Charles Darby (THE MATRIX, MINORITY REPORT), the visual effects guru, who recently co-ventured with EROS, to launch Mumbai-based effects, Eyeqube Studios. As is known, Red Chillies Entertainment is one of the leading players in the still-emerging Indian SFX / VFX sector.

To confirm about the above International project, as reported in the foreign media, we contacted the man at the helm of the direction affairs, Anubhav Sinha, and this is what the talented director had to say - "If SRK says so... it must be true..."

Ok, Anubhav, we are waiting for more details about this exciting venture!
