Being size zero might have suddenly become the new mantra for a lot of Bollywood actresses because of the ever-demanding glamorous profession but our sexy and vivacious WOODSTOCK VILLA fame Neha Uberoi thinks otherwise.
In her opinion, 'Being fit is good but starving yourself is bad. I have always been fit, but I have not been finicky about being ultra-slim. I do work-out and eat in moderation, but more than that I think it's not necessary as beauty lies in eyes of the beholder and you have to feel fit and beautiful from within first.' Well said Neha and we hope that the women out there heed this advice.
