Ranvir Shorey plays 'Chopstick'

Trust Ranvir Shorey to experiment with his roles in practically each of his films. Just as he is ready for all the laughs from the audience even as he gets treated with 99 slaps from Mallika Sherawat in UGLY AUR PAGLI, he would also be seen romancing none other than Katrina Kaif in SINGH IS KINNG (yes, he plays her first love before Akshay Kumar enters the scene). Not just that, he also plays a gigolo in GOOD LUCK which is incidentally releasing alongside SINGH IS KINNG on 8th August.
However, the cake is taken by Ranvir in one of his upcoming films where his screen name is called CHOPSTICK. The film in question is CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA where he plays a Chinese translator who cons Akshay Kumar into traveling all the way from Chandni Chowk to China. He shows him dreams of great future in a foreign land and instead takes him to a Chinese village where trouble awaits him!
Directed by Nikhil Advani and produced by Rohan Sippy, CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA stars Deepika Padukone in a double role. Also starring Mithun Chakraborty and Masumi Makhija, the film has music by Shankar Ehsaan and Loy and is looking for 24th October release.
