Eros Pictures signs Rumy Jafry to direct next film

Eros Pictures has signed well known Bollywood writer, Rumy Jafry to direct a film for the company. Produced by Eros Pictures, the script and cast are being finalised for the film currently.
Eros will also be releasing worldwide Rumy's directorial debut - the Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra starrer GOD TUSSI GREAT HO on 15th August 2008.
Commenting on the development, Viki Rajani, VP - Eros Pictures said, 'Rumy has established himself as a writer par excellence, especially in the comic genre and we at Eros International are very happy to join hands with him as he now embarks on his directorial journey. We are excited about releasing GOD TUSSI GREAT HO, his debut as a director which promises to be a complete entertainer followed by his film with us.'

Writer of 45 plus Hindi films including several hits like MAINE PYAAR KYUN KIYA, MUJHSE SHAADI KAROGI, JODI NO.1, MUJHE KUCCH KEHNA HAI, BADE MIYA CHOTE MIYA, HERO NO.1, COOLIE NO.1, DULHAN HUM LE JAYENGE, AFLATOON, HASEENA MAAN JAAYEGI, GHARWALI BAHARWALI, ANJAAM, RANG etc, Rumy Jafry turns director with GOD TUSSI GREAT HO, an out and out comedy and one of the biggest films expected from Bollywood this year which will be followed by his project with Eros International.
