Actress Minissha Lamba is on a high following another critical and commercial triumph through Samar Khan's SHAURYA. Not a believer in resting on past laurels, Minissha is focusing on her future projects.
The month of August promises to be a watershed month in the Kashmiri beauty's short but illustrious career. Independence day (August 15) will see her romancing the future teenage heartthrob, Ranbir Kapoor, in Yash Raj's BACHNA AE HASEENO. The very next week will witness Minissha in the role of a nineteen year old teenager! The project in question is Sanjay 'Dhoom' Gadhvi's Sanjay Dutt starrer, KIDNAP, where Minissha plays the nineteen year old (kidnapped for ransom) daughter of a multi-millionaire, the Deadly Dutt!
Not willing to talk about the Yash Raj project (the YRF secrecy oath as always?), Minissha is quite chirpy about Gadhvi's KIDNAP. In fact, she giggles on to confess that she is indeed feeling like a nineteen year old, quite similar to her character in KIDNAP.
Well done Minissha, that's what we call getting into the skin of the character!
