No SARKAR 3 due to SARKAR RAJ!

With Yash Raj's TASHAN failing at the box-office, the current year has only two big hits to boast of - Abbas-Mustan's RACE and Ashutosh Gowariker's JODHAA AKBAR. Even medium budgeted ventures like SUNDAY and the 25-crore U ME AUR HUM just about managed to cover their investments in India.
However, the trade and distribution pundits are now focused on to the next biggie, SARKAR RAJ. The general feeling is that the mercury is definitely going to soar when Ram Gopal Varma's 25-27 crore SARKAR RAJ hits the theatres this June! Varma has a lot at stake after a series of duds, the biggest being RAM GOPAL VARMA KI AAG. The next series of events in the life of the Nagre family, SARKAR RAJ (as Ramu likes to put it!), has the Bachchans written all over it in terms of cast, and the Thackerays in terms of inspiration!
On his part, Ramu says that SARKAR RAJ talks of development, politics and people love to put faces on stories taken from real life. He also asserts that SARKAR 3 won’t happen because of certain events in SARKAR RAJ!
