Emraan gets leaner for RAAZ - TMC!

The serial kisser of Bollywood Emraan Hashmi lost 10 kgs for the role he's essaying in his upcoming flick RAAZ – THE MYSTERY CONTINUES as an artist at Mohit Suri's behest...and he's looking fantastic.
Epitomizing the creative spirit, he's also spiked his hair, grown an arty beard, kholed in his eyebrows, and loaded up on junk jewellery.
Mohit really insisted Emraan loses all the extra mass he had for the role. Emraan crash on diet, cut off bread, pasteries, any kind of junk food, gave up cheese, switched to sugar free desserts, and from aata to nachni rotis and minimised salt intake. Earlier he was 76, now he's 66 kgs.
He started his weight loss effort around February this year. Infact at the time he was still shooting for JANNAT and you can see the difference in the last few scenes of the movie and also through RAAZ – THE MYSTERY CONTINUES as Emraan continues to grow thinner.
Speaking about this effort he says "It's not so difficult, if you're serious about it. And the results are the biggest motivator encouraging me to stick to the schedule. Along with the change in diet, I walk every day for an hour and drink lots of water. Also I've begun having dinner 3 hours before I sleep, and whenever I have a day off, I go for a run before breakfast, because you supposedly burn more fat that way. I saw the biggest difference in a week after cutting off bread."
Will he continue? "Sure" he says, "I've got used to this discipline and am enjoying this new leaner feel."
