Neetu Chandra: Abhay and I compliment each other

Early this year, when the shooting of OYE LUCKY LUCKY OYE was being held in Manali, there were talks about Abhay Deol and Neetu Chandra being an item. Though both of them vehemently denied any alliance and came up with 'good friends' phrase, the whispers did reach Mumbai. The two were also spotted together in public on a couple of instances but it was being attributed to a chance meeting.
Now as the film is seeing a release this Friday, the murmurs are back in the Bollywood circles if Abhay and Neetu are indeed together?
Jokes Neetu, "Write whatever you want to write because there is no point me giving any more justifications or clarifications. Abhay and I know the truth and whatsoever statements I may end up giving, is it going to change the way media may perceive our relationship?"
Is she stating on the records that there is no relationship in the happening?
"If at all there is a relationship, it is meant to be seen on the screen. And in that respect, you would see that it is fantastic. Abhay and I compliment each other and it reflects in our performances. Beyond this, all I am willing to say that he is a fantastic co–star to work with professionally and a buddy personally", Neetu sets the record straight.
Doesn't she long for male company?
"You can't plan for such things", smiles Neetu "Whatever has to happen will happen. I may end up meeting my guy today evening or perhaps wait for months. But yes, I am not searching for him."
