FASHION girls Priyanka and Mudgha at war?

Even as the release of FASHION is just about 50 days away, there seems to be a war brewing up between the leading ladies Priyanka Chopra and Mugdha Godse. And all of this is happening just for a magazine cover!
Well, it doesn't seem to be serious though even as the latest issue of lifestyle/fashion magazines like VERVE and FEMINA feature Priyanka Chopra and Mugdha Godse on the cover with quotable quotes making the proceedings even spicier. Though there hasn't been any smoke so far, it is apparent that both Priyanka and Mugdha are going all out to ensure that their presence in Madhur Bhandarkar directed FASHION does get noticed by one and all.
This is why it can't be shrugged off as a mere coincidence to see both the ladies, who have a lot to prove with FASHION, strike a pose for different magazine covers, in a span of one week.
However, producer-director Bhandarkar chooses to completely shrug away the insinuation and vehemently denies any so-called war between the two actors. He says, 'Why should we be speculating unnecessarily when there is absolutely nothing scheming in this entire exercise. Both Priyanka and Mugdha have their own standing in the world of cinema and fashion and what better way to look at things with top magazines wanting the two on their cover. It only works for everyone when their pictures go on to speak more than just a thousand words. Rather than looking for so-called stories in their appearances for these magazines, shouldn't we be instead noticing how lovely the two look on the cover?'
Well, in that case it may have been quite a scoop of sorts had another magazine come out with Kangana (yet another leading lady from FASHION) looming large on the cover as well. Now that would have been one unavoidable treat for the eyes in the offering!
